1. We take great care in delivering your products to you at Bulkse, and we only work with reputable national couriers. All orders within India are shipped for free for the products under 4000 Rs. for the Big parcel the shipping charges vary according to the pin code availability, location and packages size.
2 Shipping timeframes may vary because each craftsman and artisan's method is unique. Individual shipping times can be seen on the product page under shipping information.
If any customizations are required, we will notify you of the shipment times separately via mail, phone, Whatsapp or SMS.
3. Our courier partners will be able to deliver the shipment to you between the hours of 9 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday through Saturday. Public holidays and Sundays are not considered working days. Delivery times are subject to factors beyond our control, such as unforeseen travel delays from our courier partners and transporters caused by weather, natural disasters, strikes, or other societal disruptions.
4. We will email you your shipment tracking information as soon as it ships.
Cancellations
- We do not accept cancellation requests after an order has been placed
Address Change
- In the unlikely event that you wish to change the mailing address, we will only be able to accept changes before the order is sent from our warehouse. Unfortunately, after the product has been dispatched, we will be unable to accept any requests for shipping address changes.
